Boston Scientific Dreamtome™ RX Cannulating Sphincterotome is an endoscopic cannulating sphincterotome designed to support efficient biliary access and wireguided cannulation during ERCP procedures. The device features tip orientation and cut-wire positioning capabilities intended to help facilitate cannulation during therapeutic endoscopy procedures.

A key feature of the Dreamtome™ RX platform is DirecTip™ Technology, which creates a center-lumen design that allows the guidewire to extend from the center of the sphincterotome. This design is intended to support device positioning, facilitate wireguided cannulation, and help direct both the guidewire and contrast into the intended duct.

The Dreamtome™ RX Cannulating Sphincterotome also features a tapered tip designed to support placement into small or tight orifices. The device is preloaded with a Dreamwire™ High Performance Guidewire to support efficient biliary cannulation and procedural workflow.
