The Medtronic Resolute Integrity™ Drug-Eluting Stent (DES) is an advanced zotarolimus-eluting coronary stent system designed to support effective treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD) during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures.
Engineered with innovative stent architecture and proven drug-delivery technology, the Resolute Integrity stent offers excellent deliverability, vessel conformability, and long-term clinical performance across a broad range of patient populations.

Built on Medtronic’s Integrity™ stent platform, the device features Continuous Sinusoid Technology, which forms the stent from a single wire shaped into a sinusoid and wrapped in a helical pattern before being laser fused.
This design allows a fluid range of motion, improving flexibility and enabling the stent to navigate tortuous coronary anatomy while maintaining strong radial support.

The stent is coated with zotarolimus, an antiproliferative drug delivered through the proprietary BioLinx™ polymer system, which helps inhibit smooth-muscle cell growth and reduce the risk of restenosis after angioplasty.
This controlled drug release supports healthy vessel healing while maintaining long-term vessel patency following stent implantation.
