The Terumo Ultimaster™ Nagomi™ Sirolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System is a biodegradable polymer drug-eluting stent (DES) designed for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary artery disease. Built on a refined cobalt chromium (CoCr L605) platform with thin struts (~80 µm), the Ultimaster Nagomi delivers sirolimus through an abluminal bioresorbable polymer coating, supporting controlled drug release and vessel healing.

As the latest generation within the Ultimaster family, the Nagomi system introduces enhanced deliverability, expanded size range, and improved conformability, enabling treatment of a wide spectrum of coronary lesions, including complex anatomies.
