The Terumo Finecross™ MG Coronary Micro-Guide Catheter is a highly advanced coronary microcatheter designed to support guidewire manipulation and lesion crossing during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures.
Engineered to navigate tortuous coronary anatomy and complex lesions, the Finecross MG combines excellent crossability, guidewire support, and trackability, making it a reliable tool for interventional cardiologists performing complex coronary interventions.

Built with a fully stainless-steel braided shaft, the catheter provides enhanced responsiveness, pushability, and lumen integrity to maintain optimal guidewire control during challenging procedures.
Its hydrophilic shaft coating and flexible distal segment reduce friction and allow smooth advancement through narrow, highly stenosed, or tortuous coronary vessels.

The catheter features a tapered low-profile design, gradually reducing from 2.6 Fr proximally to 1.8 Fr distally, enabling improved lesion access and efficient navigation through complex coronary anatomy.
A PTFE inner layer facilitates smooth guidewire movement and simplifies guidewire exchange during advanced PCI techniques.

For enhanced procedural precision, the Finecross MG microcatheter includes a gold radiopaque marker located near the distal tip, allowing clear fluoroscopic visualization during device positioning and guidewire manipulation.
The catheter is compatible with 0.014″ coronary guidewires and is available in 130 cm and 150 cm usable lengths, offering flexibility for a variety of coronary interventions.
